Job Duties : Analyze reporting & data requirements by working with client team, working development team in building required dashboard for strategic decision making. Reporting on Project Status to Client & all Stakeholders through Dashboards & Project Walkthroughs. Interfacing key decision-makers in target organizations for business development, understanding needs & business drivers. Project Charters, conduct regular risk assessments and report status to relevant stakeholder as per governance model agreed. Develop and manage risk & mitigation plans. Coordinate efforts with program teams to support consistent messaging and streamline communication. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/IS/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or related field.

Experience : Experience of Twelve (12) months of working with Power BI or Tableau is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. Utilizemessaging systems like RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, and Kafka for reliableand efficient communication between services. Write optimizedqueries. Solve database issues and malfunctions. Execute fulllifecycle software development. Job Duties : Designing and implementing Prisma SD-WAN network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks. Installing, configuring, and supporting of Prisma SD-WAN network equipment. Maintain best practice documentation and other reference materials as needed to document, procedures, and methods for the engineering team. Report network status to key stakeholders and leadership teams. Provide assistance as needed to team members and operations teams for implementations, troubleshooting and repair of network installation and deployments. Ensuring ZAYO Networks’ standards are followed from beginning-to-end for each client and internal department interaction. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Configuring and troubleshooting of Palo Alto, Cisco Firewalls. Work escalations from the ZAYO NOC Support teams to troubleshoot issues and outages. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
